SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

•     To manage the overall production in the kitchen and ensure it meets the company’s standard and ultimately customers satisfaction
•     Responsible for ensuring that production is profitable and minimize wastages to the barest minimum
•     Coordination of relationship between central store and central kitchen

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

•     Must possess a BSc/HND Hotel and catering Management, Food Technology etc,
•     Must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience;
•     Must have sound written and oral communication skills;
•     Analytical attribute is essential;
•     Must be able to lead multiple initiatives through completion
•     Must possess good interpersonal skill
