Chief Finance Officer (Microfinance / CPA) at CA Global

Responsibilities:

• Report to local authorities and local supervision bodies
• Report to investors, organizing boards and regular meetings
• Organise and advise on the control of finance, administration and accounting of the company
• Define, control and supervise the execution of internal procedures for the finance and accounting departments of the company, especially the cash management, and develop costs control and risk control tools
• Supervise and control the accounting and financial statements on a monthly basis
• Control the application of local regulation and communicate to internal and external auditors, as well as enabling the application of IFRS formats and rules for the consolidation of accounts

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Previous experience in microfinance
• Knowledge of microfinance bank operations (loans, savings, etc.)
• Knowledge of individual lending methodologies in microfinance
• CPA (desired)
• Knowledge of internal control
• Fluent in English
• University degree in management/finance
• 5-10 years of experience in accounting/finance (preferably in Nigeria)
