Responsible to: Supply Chain Manager

Summary of Responsibility
 The Logistics Officer is responsible for managing logistics agents, vehicle fleet, assets, communications and properties, also to ensure effective, transparent and accountable logistic support to the company distribution with consideration for coordination, planning of programs and implementation.
Main Functions
 Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for operations.
 Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans.
 Develop and execute tools and methodologies to enable effective implementation of logistic plans.
 Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
 Manage the supervision of third party hired trucks in and outside Lagos
 
Job Requirement
 A good university/Higher National Diploma (HND) in any Numeric study with a minimum of 3 year Logistics Experience in a Food Manufacturing/Processing industry.
