    Sales Executive

    Description

    • A top business technology solutions provider based in Kenya is looking to hire a Sales Executive to drive its Nigerian market expansion.
    • The ideal candidate has solid experience in SaaS and B2B sales, a strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment, and a proven track record with tenders and technical bids.
    • You will be responsible for generating revenue, building client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle while working closely with internal teams across Africa.

    Job Requirements

    • MBA or Master’s in Business is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SaaS sales and business development
    • Solid experience in B2B sales and achieving sales targets
    • Proven ability to manage tenders and bid processes effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong client-facing and negotiation skills

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
    • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
    • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
    • Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client’s requirement.
    • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP.
    • Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
    • Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support.
