Job Description
- Guide the software/test development design and implementation process.
- Help develop and enforce software/test development standards.
- Resource scheduling and planning to support objectives including budget projections.
- Counsel employees on career growth and performance.
- Provide process improvement recommendations.
Job Qualifications
- MSEE/MSCS or BSEE/BSCS.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications and test automation.
- 4+ years' experience managing teams.
- Experience in IP and networking protocols and architectures.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with strong planning.
- Manage large scale projects.
