Job in a Fast Growing Non-Bank Financial Institution

He/she will be accountable for the effective delivery of the company's daily, weekly and monthly working capital requirement through financial intermediation and treasury services and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key deliverables and accountabilities:

• • Responsible for sourcing of funds for the operational needs of the company at competitive rates in the market. He/she will be responsible for good mixture of funds portfolio at all times to ensure desirable bottom line for the business.
• • Manage the treasury in compliance with CBN monetary policies and various circulars issued from time to time so as not to run afoul of the apex institution.
• • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of deliverables in quality, volume and cost effectiveness.

Requirement

• • Applicants must be a diligent and enthusiastic professional with a strong niche for target achievement.
• • Must possess 8-15 years of post-graduate experience of which 7 years must be in active treasuring marketing (not operations)
• • Must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of various financial products. arbitrage and arrangements, back to back deals, financial reporting skills and challenges relative to the financial industry.
• • Must have strong competitive negotiating skills and should be able to maintain world-class client management relationship.
