    Executive Recruiter

    Job description

    A tremendous opportunity for a proactive and collaborative recruiting professional to directly impact and participate in the growth of the company exists. We are looking for candidates, who currently reside and work in the following countries: Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa to form part of these teams

    Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Executive Recruiter will be responsible for attracting top talent for our organisation.  You will bring your recruiting expertise to ensure the best possible candidate experience and quality hire.  You have the responsibility for managing the end to end recruiting process.  

    Operational Delivery:

    • Attract top talent to the organisation.
    • Conduct full life cycle recruiting in support of your territory needs.
    • Create and maintain a pipeline of top notch candidates.
    • Together with other Executive Recruiters, participate in the evolution of our recruiting processes, bringing best in class ideas and experience to move our recruitment platform forward.
    • Providing complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the organisation, position etc.

    Business Development Delivery:

    • Prospecting and identifying viable business opportunities that are in line with the territory mandate, as well as the country specific objectives and strategies.  Set targets will be for both local and expatriate recruitment.

    Relationship Management Delivery:

    • Act as ongoing candidate relationship manager by interacting with and influencing employment decision on prospects and candidates.
    • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Experience in a high volume corporate recruitment environment required.
    • Experience in Competency Based interviewing techniques.
    • Bachelor degree ideally in Social Sciences, Economics, Business
    • Must have 5+ years recruiting experience, including creative sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
    • Experience with Linked in Recruiter and other strategic sourcing tools.

    Skills: 

    The candidate should have the following:

    3. Strong customer focus with strong attention to detail
    4. Influence 
    5. Action Oriented 

    Knowledge and Expertise:

    • Proficiency in ATS required.
    • In depth know of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.
    • Proven success in sourcing, screening and selection of top talent.
    • Proven ability to act at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast paced environment.
    • Must have strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills.
