DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• From day one you will focus wholly on the listing and letting process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income.
• Identifying,real opportunities and customer leads.
• Sending out details of new properties on the market to tenants on your database
• Making appointments and viewing properties
• Finding prospective tenants to let our properties.
• Ability to deliver on key promises
• Must work to meet set monthly targets and KPI
• Must have market knowledge of available rental properties and pricing before other Agents do
• Good command of English language
• Driving Licence necessary, but not compulsory

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum Qualification, HND or B.Sc
• Minimum 1 years + previous Property Sales experience is desired
• Must be willing to work late and at weekend when required (Saturday only)
