    Apartment Manager

    Job Description

    • Oversee and agree on contracts and providers of services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
    • supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff and artisans including cleaners, plumbers, electricians and security
    • Ensure that basic facilities, such as water, lift and electricity, are well-maintained.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 Years' experience in Estate / facility Management  or building construction
    • Bachelor's degree / HND in Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
