Factory Manager (Expatriate) at Brand Architekts

Responsibilities

• Plan production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules, budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
• Ensure output meets quality standards at all times
• Create a working system that will aid in reducing material wastage
• Monitor production daily to resolve any issues that may arise
• Enforce and ensure that all staff working within the factory adhere to all health and safety measures in accordance with the industry
• Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are duly followed
• Conduct performance appraisal of employees.

• Good communication skill
• Ability to identify better ways of achieving productive results
• Must be organized and efficient with job duties without supervision
• Must be a resident in Lagos State.
