Formulation Chemist at T.O.N Corporate Services

We are looking for a detail-oriented Formulation Chemist to join an innovative team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of formulations for a range of agrochemical products, contributing to the organization’s commitment to quality and performance. Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation development process by conducting experiments to create and optimize product formulations.
• Perform analytical testing and evaluations to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Document experimental results and maintain accurate lab records in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Managers, senior chemists, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot formulation challenges and implement improvements.
• Participate in product stability studies and assist in the evaluation of raw materials.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
• Experience or familiarity with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, or UV-Vis spectroscopy is a plus.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques including mixing, weighing, and measuring.
• Experience with data analysis software and documentation tools; knowledge of formulation software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot formulation challenges.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development within the field of formulation chemistry.
• Commitment to safety and quality in laboratory practices.
• Internship or academic project experience related to formulation chemistry is preferred but not required.
