Job Description

• To carry out a fully operational role as represented in the role of a kiosk supervisor
•  Liaise with suppliers and service contractors for quotations on equipment repair & maintenance
• Investigate incidents and implement action plans
• Check that daily paperwork is being completed correctly by staff
• Prepare daily & weekly paperwork
• Ensure cash security systems in place and are being adhered to and conduct staff searches as deemed necessary
• Carry out Retail Audits on own shifts
• Complete daily , weekly and monthly preventative maintenance checks
• Ensure compliance to portion sizes and waste targets
• Be a role model for great Customer Service “lead by example”
• Complete monthly trading area surveys
• Resolve customer complaints promptly
• Investigate and address service issues highlighted in the Mystery Shop or Operations Excellence Visits (OEV)

Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: OND  (Lower Credit)
• Age Specification: 26 - 35 years
• Available Locations: Ibadan, Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island
• Experience: Two years working experience in sales or retail store supervision
