Patient Coordinator at Paelon Memorial Clinic

Qualification:

• BSC or HND degree
• 1-year customer service/front desk experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all patients visiting the hospital are properly registered using the appropriate registration tools.
• Ensure that all patient’s bills are properly prepared and signed and that appropriate records are updated
• Ensure that all patients are seen promptly and are directed to the appropriate procedure areas with minimal waiting time.
• Work with the HMO officer on all HMO patient related matters.
• Responsible for sending birthday and goodwill messages to patients.
• Follow up on clients with outstanding payments for services rendered.
• Assist with answering incoming telephone calls
• Responsible for booking patient’s appointment and confirming appointments with the doctors and patients
• Texting patients to wish them “Happy Birthday“ from Paelon
• Managing all appointments
• Ensuring that the reception is clean tidy and aesthetically pleasing always
