Sales Manager at Ascentech Services Limited

Location: Ghana

Responsibilities:

• High sales engagement with prospects and network utility
• Consistently increase the number of clients, by building a healthy pipeline of
• accounts, identify new and innovative use cases for flagship products
• Gather market intelligence about the market trends, customer behavior and
• competition products in order to deliver tailor made solutions
• Prepare sales presentation for all clients engaged
• Make calls for prospecting and follow ups as well as attend meetings with clients
• Use of sales CRM tools and reporting per timelines
• Manage all client information and communication centrally in order to keep business continuity
• Keep records of invoicing and collection for the business

Education / Experience / General Requirements:

• BSc/HND in any field from a reputable institution. Marketing or IT field will be an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in selling CPaaS
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Great presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and organizing skills
• Good listening skills, and being able to quickly identify clients’ pain points
• Experience of market coverage, mapping and account management
• Good understanding of the sales process and reporting
• Adopts proactive and creative approaches to attend to clients’ needs
