    Human Resource Manager

     Our Client

    Our Client, an International Business Consulting firm, seek the services of  a Human Resource Manager to join their team. Ideal Candidate would be an individual who is knowledgeable in all areas of HR, ranging from organizational change, development of HR policies and procedures to employee relations and strategic business partnering to achieve their corporate vision.

    Job Description

    • The Head, Human resource Manager and Quality Service will direct all activities of the human resources and service quality functions
    • The Candidate will manage the day to day HR issues ensuring compliance with government regulations, labour laws,company policies and liaise with other support functions such as payroll management, sales and corporate communications
    • The candidate will supervise the implementation of the Quality Service initiative throughout the company and ensure that all employees “live” the Service Theme and Values, and also Initiate process improvement in all areas of the business to ensure customer delight and cost effectiveness of all corporate processes.
    • The candidate will develop programs to attract and retain staff including recreational programs.
    • The candidate will manage the human resource operations by creating job analysis and classification
    • Design a compensation and benefit system
    • Coordinate with external facilitator for internal training initiative and development programs
    • Handle Performance evaluation and recognition
    • Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedure
    • Assists with the administration,classification and compensation plan, including updating job descriptions, classifying declassifying positions and conducting salary surveys
    • Work with other line Managers to develop KPIs that aligns with corporate and departmental objectives
    • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines

    Qualifications and Educational Requirements

    • University degree in any related course
    •  5+  years’ relevant HR experience
