Reporting to the Regional Director, this temporary role would suit a candidate with similar experience/background to a Performance Toolpusher but who has a preference for QHSE Operations side.
You will have an overall HSE approach to Performance of Operations and play an active part to promote and improve Work Instructions and coach personnel.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsibility for areas of Hazard Awareness and Identification
Work with personnel on the job to improve Work Instructions, JSA's and overall HSE Performance of Operations
Ability to work with and assist every position onboard the rig
Working on the deck to assure Work Instructions are being performed
Ensuring After Actions Reviews are being conducted
Coach personnel to Plan and Perform Work in a Safe Manner
MBWA's Instructions etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be versatile and proactive with areas of the above responsibilities.
The will hold an IWCF Well Control, NEBOSH cert and valid mandatory Offshore certification; i.e. BOSIET, Offshore Medical etc.
Must have experience with jack-up rigs and a variety of operations.
Experience coaching personnel.
Experience with Hazard Awareness, Identification, Work Instructions, JSA’s and have an HSE approach to Performance of Operations. Excellent communicator.
