Job Description
We are in need of a Female Office Assistant whose job description is listed but not limited to the following:

• Draft routine memos, bilin and other reports,
• Edit company correspondence and ensure document accuracy,
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails and faxes
• Maintain databases and filing systems,whether electronic or paper,
• Perform basic book keeping,
• Answer telephones and take messages and also transfer calls,
• Recieve packages,
• schedule appointments and update event calenders,
• Arrange staff meetings.

Requirements

• HND/BSc Holders
• Work experience will be an added advantage,

Salary
N50,000/month.
