Job Descriptions

• Recruit new customers (Key Distributors/Bakeries) in assigned territory.
• Sustain and grow sales volume in assigned territory through demand generation.
• Develop, Manage,Maintain a good relationship with all the commercial end users to ensure customers loyalty in assigned territory.
• Handle customers complaints in line with approved company's procedures
• Organize practical baking demonstrations in conjunction with the Master Baker Association in the assigned territory.
• Provide market intelligence report on competition brands frequently.
• Submit monthly report to your supervisor.
