Identifying inventories at reorder levels, inventory turnover rates, non-selling inventories, etc. and ensuring least disruptive replenishments.
Ensures seamless coordination between all units to ensure that valid customers’ orders for goods and services are speedily and accurately delivered on schedule
Provide services delivery analyses to the managing director to guide service delivery directions.
Promotes an internal system that guarantees very satisfying experiences for customers by ensuring that all –
Human and material resources are optimally deployed
Relieves the managing director of all routine and non-routine tasks associated with operations that distract him from his strategic and visionary responsibilities.
Promotes and ensures international best practices across all operations activities.
Attend to and effectively resolve all complaints, difficulties, bottlenecks, setbacks, conflicts and any manner of operations problems emanating from departments and branches which the respective heads were unable to satisfactorily resolve.
Drives and manages performance excellence in all operations activities by ensuring that –

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
BSc or HND holder, MBA/MSc and professional qualifications.
Possess minimum of 7years work experience.
Possess work experience in these areas: Logistics and building materials (Doors, furniture, railings etc.). (Please don’t apply if you don’t have work experience in these areas as General Manager).
