ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Vendor Account Management
•  Takes ownership of vendor account creation and filing for the Aba factory
•  Clears, maintains and reconciles vendor accounts for the Aba factory
•  Establishes and maintains supplier accounts for the Aba factory
•  Financial Accounting
•  Prepares VAT input on a monthly basis
•  Maintains financial files and records
•  Prepares and posts prepaid expenses schedule
•  Prepares monthly provisions schedule
•  Assists in asset registration and documentation
•  Administers and processes all petty cash transactions for the Aba plant
•  Processes and posts transaction journal entries as appropriate
•  Assists in month end stock count

JOB REQUIREMENTS     

Required Education

Minimum of First Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related discipline

Required Experience

Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
