Job Description
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries
- Communicating with customer through various channel
- Communicating and cordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process.
- Managing a team of Junior customer service representative.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining a positive ,empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times.
- Processing orders,forms ,applications on request.
Requirements
- Ability to stay calm when customer are stressed or upset.
- B.Sc or HND in any related discipline.
