Shop Sales/Customer Care at AIM Consultants

Responsibilities:

• Take Customer Orders
• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Cross-sell to Customer on different products
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.

• Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Must have Customer Service or confectionery sales experience
• Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
