    Full Stack Engineer

    Role Accountabilities

    • Design and build scalable REST APIs on Node.js/Express, Go, and Typescript backend
    • Develop, test, tune for performance, and deploy microservices.
    • Collaborate with the team, optimize, and refactor the back-end architecture
    • Work with UX/UI teams to lead the development of pixel-perfect responsive web applications.
    • Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables
    • Architecture and tech stack discussions to optimize for increasing server load.
    • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using industry-standard open-source tools.
    • Assist with partner integration validation and certification.
    • Prepare technical documents and a handbook to accurately represent application design and code.
    • Document SDKs and write developer-facing documentation.

    Skills & Qualification

    •  At least 5 years’ experience building full-stack web projects with a significant focus on back-end code and business logic.
    • At least 3-5+ years of experience within the payment processing space is preferable and working with the Go programming language.
    • Advanced level of JavaScript, Node.js, Typescript, and various Go frameworks and tools
    • Ability to architect and develop service-based backends: APIs, code, and data.
    • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure such as Amazon AWS and GCP
    • Experience in documenting complex systems, establishing style guides, and reviewing/editing 
      others' writing.
    • Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Apollo GraphQL, and RabbitMQ.
    • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins is a plus.
    • Experience in building SDKs and developer-facing documentation.
    • Proficient in documenting complex systems, establishing style guides, and reviewing/editing others' writing.

    Digital Experience Manager

    Role Accountabilities

    Digital Strategy & Experience Leadership

    • Define and execute a holistic Digital Experience Strategy aligned with Sahara Beyond 30 and global brand objectives.
    • Serve as the custodian of Sahara’s digital channels, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and engagement across platforms.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Communications, IT, HR, and Business Units to maintain unified digital standards and storytelling.

    Channel Management & Social Listening

    • Oversee all digital channels, including corporate websites, social media platforms, intranet, email systems, and any digital platforms.
    • Implement advanced social listening tools to monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment across markets.
    • Use insights from social listening to inform content strategy, audience engagement, and reputation management.

    Digital Marketing & Campaign Optimization

    • Lead digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
    • Drive performance through SEO, SEM, and targeted campaigns that enhance discoverability and engagement.
    • Ensure integration of digital campaigns with offline efforts for a unified brand narrative.

    AI-Integration & Automation

    • Deploy AI-powered tools for predictive analytics, content personalization, and automated engagement workflows.
    • Leverage AI for social media optimization, trend forecasting, and audience segmentation.
    • Build intelligent dashboards for real-time performance tracking and decision-making.

    Content Management & Narrative Shaping

    • Manage the content lifecycle across all digital platforms, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and brand alignment.
    • Shape compelling narratives that reinforce Sahara’s positioning and resonate with global audiences.
    • Conduct UX audits and content journey mapping to improve user flow and engagement.

    Data Intelligence & Performance Analytics

    • Establish a robust digital measurement framework across web, social, intranet, and CRM platforms.
    • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to inform strategy and optimize communication effectiveness.
    • Deliver periodic reports with actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

    Governance, Compliance & Security

    • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and accessibility standards.
    • Work with IT to maintain platform security, SSL certifications, and risk mitigation protocols.
    • Maintain documentation, digital playbooks, and governance frameworks for all platforms.

    Visual Brand Designer

    Role Accountabilities

    Brand Visual Identity Development

    • Evolve and maintain Sahara’s visual identity system, ensuring a modern, cohesive, and globally appealing brand expression.
    • Develop design guides, component libraries, and visual standards for use across all business units and regions.
    • Ensure visual consistency across print, digital, video, and experiential platforms.

    Creative Design & Layout Execution

    • Produce high-quality designs for publications, brochures, corporate reports, internal communications, presentations, infographics, and campaign visuals.
    • Create clean, structured layouts that apply strong visual hierarchy and understand the flow of information.
    • Adapt complex technical information into simple, visually compelling formats.

    Digital & UI Design Support

    • Translate the Sahara visual language across digital platforms, supporting website elements, landing pages, microsites, and intranet visual assets.
    • Work with the Digital Web Experience Manager to ensure brand alignment across user interface components.

    Motion & Multimedia Design

    • Design and animate motion graphics for intros, transitions, lower thirds, logo stings, brand elements, and video assets.
    • Develop animated visual systems that enhance Sahara’s digital storytelling and modern brand posture.
    • Support video editing teams with stylistic overlays, graphic inserts, and brand-based visual enhancements.

    Social Media & Campaign Design

    • Create visually strong content for social platforms and digital campaigns that elevate brand perception.
    • Define the visual tone for major communication moments, anniversaries, product launches, and internal campaigns.
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure every campaign is aligned to the brand’s evolving global style.

    Brand Governance and Quality Control

    • Review and approve internal and external design outputs to enforce brand consistency.
    • Maintain asset libraries, templates, and design repositories for organisation-wide use.

    Technical Competencies
