Job Description

• As a Mathematics/Further Mathematics Teacher, you will be required to actively instruct students, create lesson plans, assign and correct homework, manage students in the classroom, communicate with parents, and help students prepare for standardized testing.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

• B.Ed/B.Sc in Mathematics/Statistics or relevant discipline. A Post Graduate Degree in Education will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience
• Sound knowledge of Mathematics and Further Mathematics
• The candidate should have Mathematics teaching ability
• Knowledge of Mathematics teaching methods and effective features
• Ability to communicate with students effectively
• Ability to demonstrate numeric functions, equations, and various mathematical and Further Mathematical principles to students.
• Ability to help students think hypothetically, figure out causes and effects, understand mathematical structures, and verify solutions.
