REPORTS TO: Group Managing Partner
WORK RELATIONSHIPS: All Staff
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
Minimum of one-year proven work experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
