Job Description

• Managing employee data through the use of ERP
• Assist in recruitment process
• Support on Induction Process for new employee
• Processing of staff request and administer memos to staff and department.
• Register new staff on the electronic clocking device and assist on the onboarding session for new hires
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
• Weekly report and updates
• Filing and updating of employee files
• Posting of job advert
• Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
• Assist in training process
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
• Maintaining employee records and paperwork

Eligibility Requirements

• Candidate must be proficient in MS excel, MS word and PowerPoint
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Must possess HND/BSc in Social Science course.
