Team Lead, Consulting at CIPM

Reporting to Head, Learning and Consulting, the successful candidate would ensure overall accountability for delivery of consulting engagements and services to the standards.

Role Highlights

• Drive the marketing of the organization consulting services
• Ensure overall accountability for delivery of consulting engagements and services to the standards of the organization.
• Acts as primary liaison with client lead/team and manage the day-to-day activity of the consultancy team and third-party service partners to develop and implement strategies and solutions on behalf of the client.
• Actively participates in growing existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and developing and implementing new sustainability services/products.
• Provides strategic consultation and support to clients in the formulation and implementation of HR strategies.
• consulting and analytical support on consulting projects including data analysis, hypothesis generation, deliverables development, etc
• Lead the research on consulting assignments/projects
• Facilitates decision-making with client teams at all levels.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor of Science degree in an Art or Social Science discipline. Professional membership of CIPM is compulsory.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization.
