Request for Quotations (RFQ) -Ssupply and Delivery of Laptops at Civil Society Scaling-Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN)

CS-SUNN invites interested eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops. Packaged with the following specifications:

Quotation Requirements:

CS-SUNN reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for CS-SUNN’s action.

Only offers exclusive of VAT for goods and service will be accepted.

Documents to be submitted by Prospective Vendor/Supplier (intending to do business with CS-SUNN for the first time) are as follows:

• Company Certificate of Incorporation
• A copy of Form CO2 (filed with the Corporate Affairs Commission) stating the Directors of the company.
• Two (2) passport photographs of the least of the directors of the company
• Address of place of business (including telephone number if any)
• Evidence of any previous business done with other company/companies
• Letter authorizing CS-SUNN to obtain references from former business partners
• Name and address of bankers (where current account is maintained)
