Lead production efficiency by providing strong and directive analysis on production performance.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicator for flour operations.
• Monitor all capital expenditure projects and ensure prompt capitalization upon completion Ensure correct depreciation charge for all fixed assets
• Support the fixed asset team in conducting asset verification exercise
• Reconcile the capital work-in progress account with respective asset account
• Ensure expenses are reported versus budget with explanations for variances received from cost centre operators
• Provide overtime analyses by mill/department highlighting financial impact Kwh/ton analysis of energy cost
• Calculate the impact of energy mix recommending the optimal mix for operation Track maintenance cost per ton and drive improvement with departmental head Analyze direct cost per ton and drive improvement with process owners
• Analysis of material cost into FX, CFR, duty, clearing highlight the impact of the changes on each variable to the overall material cost.
• Fully analyze material costs clearly explaining impacts of all components of the material cost Ensure transparent material price analysis and forecast with no surprises and align with
• stakeholders with respect to elements of key cost drivers. Sub-ledger and ledger reconciliation of material costs.

EDUCATION

• Minimum requirement: First Degree or equivalent qualifications in business, management or social sciences.
• Added advantage: Master’s Degree and/or MBA

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum requirement: 5-7 years cognate experience
• Added Advantage: Manufacturing experience
