JOB DESCRIPTION

• In line with their internal reorganization, driven by year on year increase in revenue and projects in the Sub-Saharan region,  they are now seeking to identify and attract an experienced executive who can lead their Business Operations & Strategy in Lagos, Nigeria.
• As the Managing Director for the Nigerian Business Unit you will be overseeing aspects related to: Operations, Strategy and Client relations, with an emphasis on developing client portfolio and driving revenue growth.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to have:

•     Strong leadership and analytical skills, with proven success in leading large multicultural teams
•     Over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas or Marine Industry in West Africa, with particular preference for executives with previous experience in Nigeria
•     Excellent track record of P&L management, with clear commercial achievements in your previous roles.
