Finance Liaison Officer at Fosad Consulting

A Logistics & Supply Chain Management Company is looking to hire a young, smart and energetic individual with the main responsibilities of Assisting in day to day accounting functions, Managing Accounts, Payables & Accounts Receivables,  Data Entry, Bank Reconciliation, Recovery of debts from clients, Liaison with banks,  Handling of statutory compliances and ensuring proper maintenance of all financial schedules for the day-to-day operations of the organization.   

Other duties

• Assisting with all account documentation and transactions including:
• Reconciling all figures with bank statements and producing a monthly account statement to the CFO
• Ensuring proper follow-up of Shipment Finance Status through proof of payment (Telex) request.
• Bank facility monitoring and management
• Profit analysis of all shipment and Budgetary control through variance analysis

Qualifications:

• A good degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Company
• Confident and willing to take the initiative
• A genuine interest, passion and understanding of the Logistics industry
