    Personal Assistant to the MD

    Details:

    An experiential marketing agency located in Lagos is seeking to fill the role of a Personal Assistant.

    Responsibilities

    • Acts as a first point of contact in the MD’s office devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
    • Arranges travel, visas, accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the MD if required to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
    • Professionally screens phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handles them as appropriate
    • Receives MD’s office correspondence
    • Manages MD’s diary and organises meetings and appointments
    • Reminds the MD of important tasks and deadlines   
    • Types, compiles and prepares reports, presentations and correspondence
    • Manages MD’s office database and filing systems
    • Manages the float for MD’s office
    • Completes corporate governance reporting and documentation
    • Conducts business-related research on behalf of the MD

    Qualifications

    • 1st degee in any discipline
    • 2-4 years experience as a Personal Assistant
    • Excellent business writing and communication skills
    • Ability to use Microsof Office tools( microsoft excel, microsoft word, outlook & power point)
    • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
