Consultant - Request for Cleaning Services (Office Cleaning, Fumigation, Pest Control and Sanitary Services) at Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE)

Interested and qualified agencies should submit Tender Documentation that includes the following:

• Profile of the organization including an application letter to be a vendor of WEWE.
• A copy of evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs, form CO2, CO7 and Memo of Articles and Association
• Key contacts (website, email, and telephone).
• Profile of Management of the company with their qualifications and relevant working experience.
• Current Company’s audited financial statement for the past 3 years including tax clearance certificates (for 2014, 2015 and 2016).
• Evidence of a Tax Identification Number (TIN)/ Recent Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of bank account in the name of the company / business entity.
• Clients’ references for work which have been performed within the last five years (Copies of letters of award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached).
• Certificates from Health, Safety and Environment bodies is an added advantage.

Submission of Application
A sealed envelope containing one hard copy of all submissions and labelled as; Application for Cleaning Services should be forwarded to:

And
While one soft copy as a SINGLE PDF attachment should be forwarded to: cleaningservices@weweng.org

• All costs incurred by bidders as a result of this process and any subsequent requests for information shall be borne by the bidding companies.
• Only companies that satisfy the pre-qualification requirements will be contacted with Request for Quotes (RFQ).
