Role Summary

To satisfy and provide good customer care experience for all customers/prospects at all times no matter the mode and medium of customer engagement.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Resolve all Customer enquiries both online and offline and also follow up till resolved.
• Initiate marketing strategies to focus on relevant prospects' targets and ensure conversion to sales
• Articulate prospects feedbacks via reporting daily weekly and monthly.

Key Skills

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel Proficiently
• Strong interpersonal/customer service skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Ability to communicate in the English language (in both written and oral forms).
• Ability to use digital marketing tools will be an added advantage
• Good data management, record keeping Skills
