Responsibilities

• Create and implement Business Intelligence strategies that are aligned with the Company’s business strategy
• Develop and optimize methodology to gather business requirements and help prioritize requirements for qualitative use of data.
• Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organisation maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability
• Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new products development results
• Coordinate with tech and product management teams to provide expert consultation on the best fit technology and representation of data to meet the stakeholder objectives
• Leverage automation, cognitive, and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios, and prescribe actions
• Identify relationships within data sets that can produce meaningful differentiation amongst competitors
• Communicate findings to team, leadership, and clients to ensure models are well understood and incorporated into business processes
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics packages using the full range of functionality available through the business intelligence suite of tools
• Builds and maintains trusted relationships with diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Collect and combine data from multiple sources and develop reporting solution that consistently meet quality and performance requirements.
• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Business Law or related areas. An MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience in venture strategy management in related areas such as FinTech, Technology, Business Development & Business Growth
