Summary

• We are recruiting a Sales Team to meet targets, establish professional relationships and increase the overall reach of the company.
• The Sales Team will consist of members in three levels:
  • Consultants,
  • Supervisors,
  • Trainers.
    

Job Description

• The Sales Consultants will be charged with promoting products and services to customers and negotiating contracts with the aim of maximizing profits while creating and maintaining relationships with clients.
• The Sales Supervisors will be in charge of managing sales teams, compiling reports and implementing strategies to increase sales of products and services.
• Sales Trainers will be in charge of maximizing the effectiveness of sales executives by determining and solving training needs.
• All members of the Sales Team will be expected to work together to meet sales targets, maximize sales opportunities, create opportunities for growth, and adopt & adapt sales techniques or methods according to the trends in the industry.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Mid to high level numerical skills
• Relevant sales experience
• Experience in the power industry is an advantage
• Track record meeting or surpassing sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Mid to high level IT skills
• Excellent oral and written skills
