    B2B Logistics Manager

    Responsibilities
    B2B Logistics Operations Management:

    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily logistics operations dedicated to B2B clients.
    • Ensure timely pickup, transportation, warehousing (where applicable), and final delivery of goods for corporate customers.
    • Translate B2B client requirements into executable logistics workflows.
    • Optimize routes, delivery schedules, and fleet utilization to meet contractual obligations.

    SLA & Performance Management:

    • Own and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all B2B clients.
    • Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual service standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Investigate service failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

    Fleet, Vendor & Partner Coordination:

    • Oversee company-owned and third-party fleet operations assigned to B2B accounts.
    • Manage relationships with transport partners, couriers, and logistics vendors.

    Logistics Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s delivery, ride-hailing, and operational logistics.
    • The role ensures that all deliveries and transportation activities are executed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with company standards, while supervising teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operations Oversight:

    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily delivery and ride-hailing operations.
    • Monitor real-time performance of delivery associates, riders, and 3PL partners to ensure timely service.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures promptly.

    Team Management & Coordination:

    • Supervise Assistant Logistics Managers, riders, and operational staff.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to operational standards.
    • Coordinate with Customer Success, Dispatch, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

    Planning & Resource Management:

    • Allocate resources effectively to meet daily operational demands.
    • Ensure vehicles, equipment, and delivery tools are available and properly maintained.
    • Optimize delivery routes, schedules, and workflows to maximize efficiency.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics.
    • Prepare operational reports for senior management on a timely basis.
    • Investigate and document delays, failed deliveries, or service issues for accountability.

    Compliance & Operational Standards:

    • Ensure all logistics operations adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and service standards.
    • Enforce discipline and accountability within the logistics team.
    • Understand that repeated operational failures or poor oversight may result in corrective action
