    Sales Executive

    Summary of Job Description

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales performance and implementing sales for product/service offering across boards in Meadow Hall Group.
    • The sales executive must be able to achieve the set target for the year and have a leaning towards over achievement year in, year out.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Generate sales/revenue for the Meadow Hall Group in all its product offerings – Meadow Hall Edutainment Centre, Meadow Hall Home Tutors, Facility Rentals etc
    • Direct sales and telemarketing through a physical visit to various customers touch points for pitching and sales presentation
    • Execute events/shopping mall activations for one-on-one engagement
    • Sustains rapport with key stakeholders by making periodic visits; phone calls; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
    • Implements sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for Meadow Hall’s products and services
    • Monitors competitor products/services, sales activities
    • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
    • Reviews and analyses sales performances against programmes, quotes and plans to determine the effectiveness

    Qualification and Experience

    • Must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or Social sciences with at least 3 years field sales experience in education or professional services sectors
    • Aggressive sales person with a positive attitude to succeed
    • Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player
    • Highly creative and strategic in identifying target audiences
    • This person must be organised, resourceful and have strong interpersonal skills
    • Good emotional intelligence and passionate in providing solutions to others

    Skills Required:

    • Calm, confident, organized, thorough and strong attention to details
    • Deep understanding of marketing and sales principles
    • Ability to pitch, follow through and close sales immediately
    • Analytical and strong multi-tasking skills
    • Excellent data analysis, CRM, ERP and online marketing
    • Proven working experience in stakeholders and customers relationship management
    • Ability to make friends easily with a good command of English
    • Strong storytelling skill and high imagination ability
    • Excellent entrepreneurship and  communication skills
    • Comfortable interacting with clients and internal staff alike
    • Strong persuasive skills
