Head of Tech at Riby Finance

Overview:

• The Head of tech will facilitate the development of architectural framework to new and existing software. He also should be able to develop products by conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.
• She/he will drive standardization of technical processes; handle technical engagements and integration with other software partners in relation to digital payment processing.
• Must have managerial work experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 6 years

Qualities & Skills:

• Experience in and deep understanding of online payment transactions
• Minimum of 6 years experience in tech and product development
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving ability and good negotiation skills
• Extensive network in the Nigeria developers’ field
