    Office Manager

    POSITION CONCEPT:  Analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to management on future financial plans.

    PRIMARY TASK MANAGEMENT

    • Oversee smooth operations of the office by providing administrative support.
    • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
    • Liaise with HR to maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    • Prepare letters, presentations and reports
    • Organize office operations and procedures
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Handle administrative duties
    • Ensure effective filing systems for the office
    • Prepare quotations for Sales Engineers
    • Ensure office environment is clean and safe at all times
    • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement and office systems
    • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
    • Supervise and monitor support staff (Drivers, Cleaners)

    REPORTING

    Prepare monthly field reports to your superiors.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BA/BSc Business Administration or Secretariat qualification
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position
    • Smart and professional
    • Ability to write and speak English
