Job Description

• We are currently recruiting for the role of Strategy and Research Executive who will be responsible for providing economic intelligence, research and data analysis to support Enterprise Performance Management for the company as well as its clients.
• Collate and analyze relevant data to serve as input into the articulation of the strategic objectives.
• Analyze financial data using predetermined performance metrics, while providing insights and recommendations
• Provide regular updates economic intelligence for the company’s operating sectors
• Develop and cascade the strategic plans into actionable initiatives
• Coordinating market intelligence activities
• Drive execution excellence
• Develop periodic information dashboards for managements' decision making

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree in Business/Management or related course
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in research/strategy/corporate performance management role
• High level of proficiency in the use of MS Office suite with advanced capability in building financial and business models
• Excellent Business Writing skills
• Project management skills
• Prior Consulting Experience preferably in any of the top four
• Proficiency in use of at least one statistical tool (Added Advantage)
