HR Business Partner at First Excelsia

Job Description

• Our client is seeking to engage an HR Business Partner to sit-in on their site (on the Mainland) to execute an Organizational Development intervention
• The ideal candidate will lead a variety of human resources projects and provide fruitful human capital advice to management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead human resources programs and projects
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity & retention
• Provide advice and recommendations to management for resolution of daily issues
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resources matters
• Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
• Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
• Assist in the development and integration of policies
• Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
• Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant
• Experience in Project Management preferably HR related
• Verifiable experience with HR metrics
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
• Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage classified information
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource Information Technology
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills
• A mix of Consulting and HR Business Partnering Experience (In-house practice) would be an advantage
