Project Manager at Sunrose Consulting

Job Description:

• Planning, implementation & management of all issues related to assigned projects with a view to ensuring that client satisfaction is guaranteed from start to delivery
• Responsible for all matters related to assigned projects
• Attend client meetings in company of associates to get detail of client’s requirements
• Plan for the project before it starts, risk assessment, costing, project planning & budget planning
• Task breakdown & assigning of tasks associated with project by scheduling & assigning RE staff  and following up on work results
• Monitor & control during project life cycle via daily, weekly & monthly report
• Ensure & maintain appropriate relationships to ensure that tasks & projects are delivered on time to the agreed quality & standard
• Review project analyst’s work for accuracy & completeness
• Manage project aspects such as work plan guidance, to project team & monitor quality assurance of project implementation
• Work with the accounting (credit control) to ensure dispatch of invoices for completed projects & payment by clients
• Management (in conjunction with HR dept) of non signalized staff issues within the unit
• Maintains operations by initiating, coordination & enforcing relevant policies & procedures
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure proper documentation & traceability procedures within the unit

Requirements:

Qualification: HND/ B.Sc. Project Management

Experience: Minimum 4 years
