Job Description

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Notifies company personnel of the visitor’s arrival
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Maintains telecommunication system.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Offers administrative support across the organization.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Carries out other activities as may be determined by his/her hierarchy

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Customer service certifications are a bonus
• Strong communication skills
• A pleasant personality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High level of professionalism and ability to be discrete
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Multitasking and stress management skills
