Factory HR Manager at Aldelia Limited

Aldelia is urgently looking to hire a Factory HR Manager for one of our clients a leading FMCG group in West and Central Africa.

This opening is for Lagos.

You will develop a disciplined workforce in the factory, to build strong industrial relations and employee relations, and to support the plant to achieve performance and quality

REQUIREMENT

• Maintains knowledge and understanding of labor and/ or state laws and regulations related to Labor and Human Resources.
• HR Administration assuring the labor law and local government rules and practices.
• Payroll management
• Overtime, variable remuneration linked to productivity and COX
• Benefits administration (insurance, cantina, etc.)
• Labor contracts administration
• Recruitment & task force
• Workforce planning (recruitments, shifts, turnover, etc.)
• Relationship with unions
• Implement the factory policies and rules
• Assure compliance with the Save & safety initiatives and practices.

EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing plant HR operations as a senior manager.
• Degree in Law, Economy or similar or other business degree.
