    Compliance & Legal Manager

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that statutory and regulatory obligations are met to avoid infractions, proactively audit processes, practices and documents on a regular basis.
    • Institute an effective, efficient and transparent system of internal control and monitor
    • Compliance and recommendations.
    • Manage accreditation and renewals of permits and other operational licenses required for business transactions.
    • Provide to employees a statement of policies, procedures, standards and support in training them to ensure employees have adequate awarenessand understanding of all control standards.
    • Define and implement a process for ensuring that a compliance culture is embedded
    • Across the organization.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • LL.M, while Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) will be an added advantage
    • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, Knowledge of healthcare operational, financial, quality assurance, procedures, standards and regulations and Experience in risk management.
