Customer Success Officer at Riby Finance

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Set-up & Manage key business operations (Customer Support, Transactions & Reconciliation) for assigned agro-projects (starting with the Agbetuntun Program).
• Work with new and existing Riby agro partners to execute joint programs.     
• Deliver and execute on the financial services strategy on agricultural based projects.
• Engage assigned partners, channels and clients to create and drive revenue opportunities relating to agriculture for Riby, starting with the O’dua Chamber of Commerce Agbetuntun Program.
• Work closely with the partners’ client base to ensure they are satisfied with Riby services.
• Prepare and give business reports and recommendations to the management team.
• Drive customer growth and financial success for partners/clients under your purview.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education of Bsc in Agriculture or any related field

Working experiences:
1-2 year relevant work experience in an Agricultural sector

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

• Computer Literate
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skill
