Minimum Qualification: HND - Degree & Above (Computer Science or Engineering)

Ideal candidate Must be analytical, able to troubleshoot and solve issues, must be conversant with Windows OS, Hardware and software installation experience (including printers, scanners and other peripherals), Networks, assist branch staff solve system issues, a bit of programming knowledge.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
• Document internal procedures.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses at the branch.
• Deliver end-to-end user support company wide.
