Senior Interior Designer at Kimberly’s Electric

What You’ll Do

• Lead client interactions on the showroom floor
• Convert walk-ins into sales through design-led conversations
• Curate products into ready-to-buy bundles & packages
• Deliver space planning, lighting concepts & FF&E selections
• Support with drawings & technical documentation where required
• Build B2B relationships and drive repeat business
• Create content from the showroom that attracts clients

Your Success =

• Conversion rate (walk-ins → sales)
• Ability to bundle and increase transaction value
• Revenue generated + client retention

Compensation

• ₦400,000 base + strong commission
• The more you sell, the more you earn
• This is a frontline revenue role

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 2–4 years experience (client-facing preferred)
• Strong design + sales mindset
• Experience with FF&E, space planning & drawings
• Excellent client engagement & communication skills
• Must be available on-site (Mon–Sat, Lekki)
