The Person:
Candidate must have a very deep and extensive experience in Investment Banking with good
understanding of relevant regulatory issues and ability to provide executive leadership andentrepreneurial drive to achieve set company objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• -Provide executive leadership and drive the firm through its growth phase
• -Responsible for the firm's business strategy and operational decisions
• -Implement the Board's decisions, monitor and report achievements and significant variances.
• -Identify and develop strategic partnerships with clients and relevant regulatory authorities
• -Define brand values, generate revenue growth and expand the clientele and market base.
• -Formulate and implement effective policies to drive best practices all through the company's operations
• -Manage and maintain a well bonded team to achieve optimum performance
• -Present a good representation of the company to the public, key stakeholders and business partners'

Required Qualifications:

• -A good degree in a business field
• -Masters and Professional qualificatiorus) will be added advantage
• -Minimum often (10) years experience in investment banking

The Role:
Candidate will be responsible for sourcing and execution of clients' mandates for equity and debt capital sourcing, financial advisory. and creating a business model that will extend the frontiers of the corporate finance team.

Job Responsibilities

• -Develop and oversee Corporate FinanceJM&A documentation. models and presentations including term sheets, business valuation models, teasers, information memoranda, etc.
• -Solicit and advise clients on a wide range of investment banking transactions
• -Oversee deal structuring and execution
• -Develop relationships with existing and potential clients from initialnegoriations to closure
• -Oversee and develop capital markets/underwriting documentation including prospectus of issuance information memoranda. investor and road show presentation materials. etc.
• -Oversee and manage financial due diligence with respect to M & A and other strategic investments and acquisition transactions,

Required Qualifications:

• -A good degree in business field
• -Masters and Professional qualifications will be added advantage
• -Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in successful debt or equity fund raising, M&A dvisory, business valuation, financial due diligence and other areas of investment banking

Competencies:

• -Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and investment banking business

• -Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvements
